At LPT, the process of High Pressure Die Casting is done through HMT-BHULER machines, with a capacity range of 250 tons to 415 tons. These machines are supported with auto ladlers and the furnaces are equipped with automatic temperature control system. Today, LPT can manufacture any complicated casting up to 4 kg. in HPDC process, using the latest technology. Through considerable knowledge of the die-casting process, we have been able to create new standards of excellence.
Gravity Die Casting
With the compact Gravity Die Casting set-up, LPT can manufacture castings up to 10 Kg. Different types of cores is used as per the need of the casting.
